The Trustees are in need of volunteers to portray various nocturnal creatures that live in the Berkshires. Our annual Pumpkin Trail family event is being held On Friday October 5th, Saturday, October 6 th, Friday October 12 th and Saturday, October 13 th at Naumkeag located in Stockbridge.
We are seeking members of the community to join our management team and dress up as an Owl, Beaver, Spotted Salamander, Fox, Racoon, Frog, Opposum, Muskrat, Deer, Bat, Mice and any other local Berkshire nocturnal animals.
During the 3-hour event, each animal actor will be assigned a location, every 5 to 7 minutes a new group will be passing by your assigned locations. As the group stops, we ask that you with our assistances present a 2-minute overview of the creature you are portraying, 20% based on facts, 80% funny - we assist you in developing your presentation and your costumes.
Arrive each of the 4 days at 4:00 pm, merge into your non-scary, more magical, fantastic animal persona, and start your journey to your first Oscar nomination.
