Founded in 1975, Canine Companions for Independence(r) is a non-profit organization that enhances the lives of people with disabilities by providing highly trained assistance dogs and ongoing support to ensure quality partnerships.
Our HAUTE DOG| LA event is a doggie runway fashion show that will feature pooches and their owners walking the "catwalk" in their own creations ranging from elegant to outrageous.
Canine Companions for Independence is proud to present the seventh annual HAUTE DOG| LA, a doggie runway fashion show that will feature pooches and their owners walking the "catwalk" in their own creations ranging from elegant to outrageous. This is a one-of-a-kind, unique event in the fashion industry, and our panel of celebrity judges will have a hard time choosing winners.
We are looking for volunteers to help decorate the event room in the morning from 8am onwards to 12pm. If you can help for at least 2 hours portion of this time, please email me at gseah@cci.org.

There are approximately 64 million Americans living with a disability. Canine Companions is a national non-profit organization that provides expertly trained service dogs and a lifetime of follow-up services - completely free of charge - to children, adults and veterans with disabilities so they can lead lives with greater independence.
Headquartered in Santa Rosa, CA, Canine Companions is the largest non-profit provider of service dogs, and is recognized worldwide for the excellence of its dogs, and the quality and longevity of the matches it makes between dogs and people.
