Volunteers will be working alongside the CRC/IT departments to assist in the network operations of the facility. Troubleshooting issues with staff computers and other office devices. Training will occur as a part of the job. This could also be an internship as well.
Required Skills
- Basic understand of IT work
- Ability to problem solve
- Works well with instructions or on your own
- Can identify problems in a system
- Good with documenting and notes
Training
Any necessary training will occuring during your shifts. Because of this, a commitment of at least three months is required.
Scheduling
Flexible. Available hours are between 9:30am-9pm, Mon-Sat. We prefer a minimum commitment of 3 hours per shift, and at least 4 shifts a month.
Age Requirements
Minimum age of 16 years old.
