YABE' is in need of someone to volunteer their time as an Executive Director to steer the organization toward growth and major funding. Should have managerial experience and the ability to interface with other volunteers. Be able to create a budget. Be able to identify public schools for the YABE' after school Digital/ Visual Arts program targeting ages 9-21. School age children should be recipients of the free breakfast / free lunch program to participate in the project. This person should be semi-retired or working only part-time. Able to recruit parent/grandparent volunteers to work with kids in class and on field trips.

YABE' is in need of someone to volunteer their time as a Program Coordinator. This position requires the ability to work with community professionals and/or college students who are able to work with students ages 9-21. The setting will be an after school environment ( unless school prefers to have the project operate during the regular school day ). The hours typically will range from 2pm - 4pm or 1pm-3pm.
Experience working with children is very important. Ability to coordinate student presentations at the end of teaching models.
