Position Hours: 2-5 hours in the evening of Saturday, October 7. Some volunteer roles occur before the event and are noted accordingly.
Duration Requirement: Volunteer roles vary in length but are generally between 1.5 - 3 hours
ACRS is celebrating 45 years of community, stories and progress in 2018. Over the last four and a half decades, you have helped create a home - one where Asian Americans, Pacific Islanders and others - immigrant, refugee or American born - can find help from nearly 270 dedicated and passionate staff who speak over 45 languages and dialects. It is each of you - especially in these times - who fuels the hope and opportunity that ACRS represents to our community. Come lend a hand and celebrate with us at our annual benefit gala at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Saturday, October 27, 2018. Volunteers are involved in every part of the event from event set up, to registration, to greeting guests and managing activity in our ballroom. Asian Counseling and Referral Service (ACRS) is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization offering a broad array of human services and behavioral health programs to Asian Pacific Americans in King County. ACRS is the largest multiservice organization serving all the different Asian Pacific American communities - immigrants, refugees and American born - in the Pacific Northwest.
