Serve as the assistant to the volunteer coordinator of a multi-site life plan community in Eastern Montgomery County, helping to oversee a volunteer team of 600+ members. Learn how to recruit, orient, and train new volunteers. Maintain accurate volunteer records working on web-based volunteer software. Take part in on-going training opportunities with volunteers. Make new friends, hone your skills or learn new ones, gain valuable work experience and volunteer management knowledge. Days and times are Tuesday and Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.
Good organizational skills are key. Computer literacy a plus. Strong people skills are a must.

Living Branches is an association of not-for-profit continuing care retirement communities sponsored by the Franconia Mennonite Conference of Mennonite Church USA. Our communities of The Willows, Souderton Mennonite Homes, and Dock Woods are dedicated to providing quality, life-enriching services on three campuses in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The organization employs over 600 team members and offers a wide range of housing, support services, and life-enriching activities for more than 1,350 residents.
