At our organization, we are dedicated to making the world a better place We are looking for a dynamic, strategic and passionate leader to serve as president of our non-profit organization. The President will be responsible for leading the organization in its mission to provide resources, services and advocacy to underprivileged communities. This individual will bring vision, creativity and drive to the organization and serve as its primary public spokesperson and ensuring that our operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government, private sector, donors and other partners

2. Oversee all aspects of the organization’s operations, including finance, fundraising, volunteer management, program development and community outreach

3. Develop and implement short-term and long-term goals for the organization in alignment with its mission

4. Monitor performance metrics to ensure that the organization is meeting its goals

5. Represent the interests of the organization at public events, conferences and meetings

6. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements

7. Recruit, manage and retain staff

8. Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills.

9. A minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in a related field such as social work or non profit management.

10. Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and innovative approach to business planning.

11. Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people.

12. Passion, idealism, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed.
