Are you looking to offer support in pursuit of justice for immigrant families?
Catholic Charities Atlanta seeks a volunteer or intern who can commit to at least four hours per week on a regular basis through mid-November. The volunteer will work with families who were separated at the U.S./Mexico border, were reunited, and are now living in Georgia and Alabama.
Candidate must speak fluent Spanish and be willing to make calls and coordinate services for families via phone. Candidates who meet liability insurance minimum requirements and have a safe driving record are preferred. Candidates with some social work experience or work with international populations are also preferred. Catholic Charities can coordinate with schools to fulfil internship requirements.
