Ability to promote DHODI to the community and persuade potential donors to support our Mission. Providing high-level customer service and stewardship to our supporters. Respond to donor inquiries in writing, on the phone and by email as well as processing donations and assist with cultivating mid-level donors.
The Donor Relations Specialist is critical for organizing and maintaining key elements of donor services and streamlining our business processes. Providing high-level of donor stewardship and cultivation by thanking mid-level and new donors and ensuring we achieve our goals in fundraising, donor retention and development. Conduct merges and update donor records. Manage the administration of our general monthly giving program.
Time Commitment: Monday - Friday (10am to 4pm)
Length of Appointment: 2 Years with the option of Full-time Employment
