Want to coach soccer or help off the field? South End Soccer would love you to join our team!

Seeklng fun, soccer loving coaches and volunteers. Two options to join the fun:

1) In-house Rec. League Coaches

  • Season runs Sep. 5 to Nov. 19th - join this fun, developmental, community program.
  • Some experience playing or coaching soccer - training provided as needed.
  • Opportunities to coach teams:
    • U6 (1.5 hr. clinics on Sat. mornings at fields in South End and Roxbury)
    • U8, U10 (practice one weeknight and games Sat. mornings at fields in South End and Roxbury)
    • U12+ (1.5 hr. clinics on Sat./Sun. at fields in South End and Roxbury)
2) Event & Admin. Volunteers

If coaching is not for you (or you have a friend that wants to help and not coach), opportunities include:
  • administration and registration suppport
  • event coordinating and support
  • sponsorship and fundraising support
South End Soccer's mission is to provide soccer to urban youth regardless of prior experience or economic means. We are a free program that brings together youth and families from Boston’s South End, Roxbury, Chinatown and beyond to play the beautiful game, develop a love of the sport and build community.

Description

We provide free & accessible programming to youth and adults in Boston. We run youth programming in all four seasons at varied levels of commitment and competition. We are a member of Mass Youth Soccer, and follow their philosophy of coach training, instruction and play. Through the generous support of parents, community members, local businesses and organizations, we are able to provide recreational programming at no cost.
