Simply Cats is in need of volunteers to help clean cat rooms in the mornings, all seven days of the week!
Each cat room has up to 5 cats, and volunteers are responsible for sweeping and mopping, scooping litter boxes, refilling water dishes, changing bedding, and socializing with the cats in that room. This is a great opportunity to spend time with our kitties and give back to the community!
Volunteers can come between the hours of 9 AM and 12 PM. This is a great opportunity for retired people or those who do not work, or those who do not work in the morning. Children between the ages of 12-15 are welcome, but must come with a parent or guardian.
Volunteers must commit to a regular schedule.

Description
Simply Cats is the Tresure Valley's only cageless, no-kill shelter for cats and kittens. We take in and adopt out over 1,000 cats a year. Simply Cats accepts cats and kittens on a space-available basis. We make sure that all of our animals are in excellent health before they are considered available for adoption.
Simply Cats promotes spaying and neutering as a major part of responsible pet ownership and as a means of reducing the overpopulation of unwanted cats. Simply Cats does not practice euthanasia as a means of population control; we euthanize only when there are quality-of-life issues involving a sick or injured animal.
Simply Cats relies on the generosity of our community through financial contributions and donations of food, litter, and time. We are extremely thankful to all who support our organization and its mission.
