Do you enjoy making your own cards?
Can you relate to someone who has lost a loved one?
We at Loyola Medicine Hospice know how difficult the anniversary of the loss of a loved one can be. That's why we seek to go above and beyond just sending "standard, store-bought" cards. We prefer to send the loved ones of our deceased patients hand-made, filled with love, unique, one-of-a-kind cards to our bereaved family members as they near the anniversary of the day they lost that person they love.
And because of that extra care we are seeking talented individuals who are willing to make cards that we can send to those who have lost a loved one on the anniversary of their death. As the artist and creator, you can make these cards in the comfort of your own home or come to the office and do it here.
If you want to send us your cards anonymously you can do that too. Others choose to stamp their name on the back of the card or their company name, and still others stamp "handmade just for you" or "one of one" or "original art" or some other phrase that expresses the card is unique.
We'd love to partner with you!

Mission Statement
We are a Trinity Home Health Services agency. We serve together in the spirit of the Gospel as a compassionate and transforming healing presence within our communities.
Description
For patients experiencing life-limiting illnesses or injuries, Loyola Medicine’s hospice program provides compassionate and comprehensive care to adult and pediatric patients. Hospice care is for patients with terminal illness or injury and intended to provide comfort and relief from pain, allowing for the highest quality of life possible during the time that remains.
Loyola’s skilled doctors, nurses, therapists, chaplains and home health aides provide care that focuses not only on medical issues, but also emotional and spiritual needs. Care is provided in the patient's home, with inpatient care for symptom control and pain management provided at Loyola University Medical Center. Respite care is provided at skilled nursing facilities or at long-term care facilities in the community.
Loyola’s hospice team also provides support for the patient’s family, providing counseling, comfort and guidance on caring for your loved one with dignity. Loyola’s hospice care team is available 24/7.
Loyola’s Home Health Services and Hospice Care is a Medicare-certified, Illinois Department of Public Health-licensed home care and hospice.
