Cleveland Clinic Hospice is seeking veterans to serve in the We Honor Veterans program. Veteran volunteers serve as veteran-to-veteran volunteers providing one to two hours a week visiting with a hospice patient in a nursing facility or their home. Veteran volunteers provide comaraderie along with socialization and companionship. Veteran volunteers also conduct We Honor Veterans Military Pinning Ceremonies to honor the men and women who have served in our armed forces.
