Farms for Life and Imagine Housing partner to bring local, farm fresh, organic produce to individuals and families who otherwise can't afford it. Volunteers make this program possible by picking up bags of produce at Root Connection Farm, just outside of Kirkland, and bringing to Imagine Housing communities. You are welcome to help once or on a weekly basis! This opportunity occurs every Tuesday at 9:30am through the growing season, and is a great early day opportunity!
Must be able to lift and carry up to ~30 pounds to load into car, and then unload at Imagine Housing affordable communities.
Imagine Housing provides stable, permanent affordable housing for low-income community members on the Eastside.

Imagine Housing is an affordable housing provider on the Eastside. We are home to over 1,200 people in Issaquah, Bellevue, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Redmond & Sammamish.
We create welcoming, diverse communities in areas of opportunity for the Eastside's lowest-income families and individuals. We also offer on-site services and support to help our residents be stable, self-supporting and contributing members of our vibrant Eastside community. We create homes, opportunity, and hope through our permanent affordable homes, lively communities, and resident empowerment.
