Help low-income taxpayers by assisting them in preparing their income tax returns and maximizing their refund. Experience doing tax returns is helpful but not required. You will need to be comfortable with computers, be detail-oriented, and have an email address that you check regularly. You'll receive training in weekly 3 hour sessions from November 1 through December 5, or you can choose online training. Our tax season begins February 1 and goes until April 15. Most preparers work two 5-hour shifts per week during the tax season.
