The Business Development will assist in identify funding sources and opportunities and help further in growing the mission of Women Accelerators. The BD Team will work with the volunteers and the Board of Directors to draft grants and collateral for sponsors.
- Research for grants from nonprofit or government funding sources.
- Organize fundraising activities such as events and programs.
- Manage the relationships with donors and corporate sponsors.

Description
Women Accelerators, formerly de la Femme, is a 501 (c)(6) organization based in Massachusetts. We are passionate about promoting the advancement of women, which is evident in the gender wage inequality and under-representation of senior-level women in the boardroom, from Corporate 500 to startups.
