Facilitator/Lifestyle Coach - Fort Worth: We are looking for upbeat, conscientious team players who want to help change lives for the better. We need English speaking and bi-lingual facilitators who can facilitate and/or coach weekly, for one hour in an online, synchronous webcast for our 3-week (21 day) "Define It" challenge programs, and who can co-host/facilitate, two fun and engaging "Design It" workshops a month.
All facilitators should possess a BA in a related field or be in the process of obtaining a degree. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Leap, Learn, Live is on a mission to empower millions of low-income, mothers to end their family's holistic poverty by December 31st, 2021.

Description

Leap, Learn, Live is a 501(c) (3) non-profit education based organization on a mission to provide empowerment-based personal and professional development training and coaching to low-income mothers via low-cost eLearning, workshops, and coaching. Our goal is to help end holistic poverty among low-income single mothers and their children. Our program includes teaching moms a critical thinking method (based on Design Thinking), strategic planning, and proactive mindsets that will help them:

  1. Identify their authentic strengths, values, and motivations
  2. Set authentic and achievable career and lifestyle goals
  3. Develop a strategic plan for accomplishing education, economic and personal enhancement goals
  4. Create active and cohesive support and accountability network of peers and coaches
  5. Create an empowered, 21st-century lifestyle for them and their children
  6. Model empowerment, critical thing and proactive mindsets for their children and community
  7. Actively participate in creating an authentic lifestyle for their families
Leap Learn Live is not about giving single moms a handout, it's about giving them a hand up!
