Gift the gift of your time. Meet Antwone!
Meet Antwone! He likes to play video games, watch movies, play sports, get tattoos, and exercise. He loves superhero, action, and even sad movies, and is a big basketball and boxing fan. He loves playing NBA2K, God of War, and Call of Duty video games.
Antwone would like a community friend volunteer to help him get out more and socialize, and increase his independence.
We all want to belong yet people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) have less opportunities for social interaction and can feel more isolated. Community Friend volunteers help fill that void, and make shared community experiences possible.
Can you give the gift your your time? Community Friend volunteers can make a big impact in a short amount of time, and have flexible hours with minimal commitment.
