Did you know that every 3.6 seconds a child dies because of hunger? Here in America alone, 12% of the population which is 38, 780,000 children, families, and elders are living with hunger.
March For Hunger movement is a local effort to end hunger in Palm Beach County, FL with fundraising events held by HATT Foundation, Inc. Our goal is to raise $1,000,000 to feed 1 Million at-risk and needy families, elders, and children. The March For Hunger main fundraising event will be held on Sept 15, 2018, from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm at CATHERINE STRONG SPLASH PARK, 1500 SW 6th Street, Delray Beach, FL 33444.
The purpose of the campaign is to provide food to nourish the bodies, and books to feed the minds of at-risk families, children without parents, elders without government support, students without help and in need while educating others of the ongoing needs in the community. We are also holding this event to raise awareness of the growing number of children, families, and elders in Palm Beach County, FL that are living with hunger.
HATT Foundation created the March For Hunger movement for everyone to contribute at various impact levels. How to make an impact? Donate, Share, Volunteer, Attend Event
Share the March For Hunger movement with your neighbors, coworkers, family, church, and friends by word of mouth, or share our Facebook and Twitter page to all your Facebook friends and Twitter followers, or send them to our website, www.marchforhunger.com.
Volunteer at our fundraising events, or help us raise funds, or pass out flyers. Just go to our website and click on Volunteer Sign Up and we will get in touch with you to provide you more information about volunteer opportunities we have.
Donate by going to our website, www.marchforhunger.com and click on the Donate Now button. You can make a donation for any amount using your debit card, credit card, or through Paypal.
