Student Interns for HOPE: Marketing, Social Sciences

Are you a university students majoring in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, or Human Development?

Volunteers are needed to help the HOPE Collaborative at Community Outreach events, with the "HOPE for the Holidays Gift Drive" for foster youth. There are some opportunities to create flyers and presentations in conjunction with staff, plan and assist at the 2019 Spring Conference and upcoming fundraisers.

Must be able to work collaboratively with the HOPE team, be empathetic with issues related to abuse and neglect. May attend community team meetings with other agencies that provide similar support/resources to families.

Since 1953, Family Service Association has served communities in Southern California with a variety of human service programs including: Child Development, Child Abuse Prevention, Trauma Informed Counseling, Senior and Community Centers, Senior Housing, and Senior Nutrition. Family Service is a not-for-profit social service organization dedicated to meeting the changing needs of families and communities in Riverside County and San Bernardino County regardless of income, ethnicity, gender or socio-economic status. We envision a day when Inland Empire communities have strong families without poverty, hunger or health disparities.
