Tar Heel Ambassador Prioritized Objective #5

Actively display characteristics a Tar Heel Ambassador

  • Curiosity - Proactively seek fan feedback and embrace a solution to negative responses.
  • Engagement - Genuinely connect with our fans and guests by sharing a sense of unity of purpose and caring about their experience.
    • Tar Heel Ambassadors will set the tone for the game day experience.
      • Just as a restaurant can’t control the customers individual taste for the food, we can’t control the outcome of the game. We can control our demeanor and how we present the game day experience thru positive interactions and providing opportunities of unique experiences for each fan.

How is this achieved?

  • This is done thru high standards of self-representation of the athletic program.
  • Personal interactions and inquiries with as many fans as possible.
    • Get to know the fans.
    • Attempt to accommodate as many of the fans needs as possible. (Cold towels, directions, transportation)
  • Passionate- Invested in the University of North Carolina Tar Heels Brand, Mission and Cultural Values to set the mark for the fan experience.
