Do you enjoy helping people find their way to give back and have strong organizational/administrative skills? NAMI San Fernando Valley/San Fernando Valley is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Manager to assist with recruiting potential volunteers who want to join our mission.

The Recruitment Manager will:

• Oversee the Recruitment Assistants and ensure applicants are contacted timely
• Send standard email responses/return calls when potential volunteers contact us
• Process electronic volunteer applications, perform important data entry of volunteer information, and keep our Google Drive organized
• Prepare pre-recruitment materials to assist Recruiters who interview potential volunteers

ABOUT US: The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is the nation's largest volunteer-led grassroots organization helping individuals affected by mental illness. At NAMI San Fernando Valley/Santa Clarita Valley, we are proud to offer free support groups, educational programs, and outreach presentations to individuals and families affected by mental illness. We tirelessly fight the stigmatization of mental illness through our advocacy and outreach efforts to spread awareness in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valley communities.
