Take Team Photos at the Twin Cities Walk to Defeat ALS

Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: The ALS Association: MN/ND/SD

Approximately 150 teams join us for the Twin Cities Walk to Defeat ALS. They love having their picture taken to document the day and their participation in an event that supports the ALS community. To make this happen, we need an amateur or professional photographer with experience taking group photos.

The teams set up in the park before the walk. During this time you’ll move from team to team taking their picture. At the end of the walk route, we’ll have a team photo station set up where teams can stop to get their picture taken.

This position is paired with an assistant who will help corral the team members for the photo and carry the sign they can hold. If you have a friend who wants to volunteer, this is a great position to do together.

In exchange for your talents, you’ll receive a volunteer t-shirts, snacks and beverages, and our appreciation. You’ll also be part of an event that raises money to fund ALS research and the equipment and services The ALS Association provides free of charge.
