ORGANIZATION: American Red Cross - South Florida Region

Volunteers are needed to support our Business Operations/Admin. activity in each of our chapter office locations. In this role you will provide general administrative office support at a chapter office site assisting our Business Operations staff and acting as a resource for other chapter volunteers and staff. Responsibilities may include: general office administrative tasks, answering phone, data projects, greeting visitors, training and supervising other front desk personnel, coordinating office meeting room(s) calendar, mail distribution, etc...

Good administrative and people skills are a must for this position. In this role you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in a professional environment while helping to give back in your community!
