Breast Cancer Event Mission Table Volunteer

We are looking to have some volunteers assist with the mission table at our Making Strides Against Breast Cancer table.

We will have printed materials available and some new volunteer forms in case someone wants to volunteer with our organization. This event is mostly sponsors, team captains, and businesses that are interested in learning more about the event. When people walk in they will have the option to look at the silent auction, visit the mission table, look at other items in the room, and find their seat. Most people stop by the mission table if they want to see what programs we have available, may take some more information, and they may be interested in volunteering. This person would be to make sure the paperwork stays in order and to be a friendly face. It should be placed next to the survivor table and we have a staff member, who is a survivor, helping in that area. You wouldn’t need to be there until 7:00am and the volunteer responsibilities should be completely over by 10:30am. Please plan to be available for the duration of this shift.
