The Carrollton Public Library is dedicated to serving our communities by bringing meaningful programs and resources to all ages and education levels. Our Carrollton Libraries are the Hebron & Josey Library located at 4220 N. Josey Ln, and the Josey Ranch Lake Library located at 1700 Keller Springs Road.
