Meals On Wheels Atlanta's mission is to support senior independence through meals, shelter, education and community.

We need help stocking our Emergency Pantry for our seniors who are the waitlist to receive meals, packing shelf-stable meals for our clients, and assembling our meal delivery boxes.

General Volunteer Guidelines:

• Before signing up for this event, an orientation is first required, and they occur every Tuesday at 6pm and every Saturday at 9am.
• The pantry can accommodate groups of up to 6 people.

Dress Code: Long pants, and closed-toe, closed-heel shoes, no shorts or sandals please.

Age Requirements: The minimum age requirement for this volunteer opportunity is 13 and up. Those 16 or older can volunteer by themselves.

Time Commitment: We currently offer two shifts Monday - Friday. The morning shift is from 9 AM - 12 PM and the afternoon shift is from 1 PM - 4 PM.
