Logistician/Supply Management - US Air Force Auxiliary, New Hampshire Wing-Civil Air Patrol (NH016)
1 person is interested
The squadrons of New Hampshire Wing, Civil Air Patrol are looking for experienced people with logistics & supply management backgrounds to donate their time and expertise as a part of the all-volunteer United States Air Force Auxiliary.
Our logisticians mange the acquisition, storage, disbursement and inventory of Civil Air Patrol-owned materials, including but not limited to cadet uniforms & insignia, electronic and communications equipment, trailers, and vehicles, used in the furtherance of the Civil Air Patrol missions. Effective use of available resources is a necessary task, and even doubly so in a resource-limited non profit organization.
If you’re up for the task, CAP offers ordinary citizens unique training and service opportunities in your local community.
The Greater Nashua Squadron meets each Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at the Nashua Airport Aviation Center (79 Perimeter Road, Nashua).
- A background in supply chain or logistics management.
- Familiarity with military logistics and/or acquisition is helpful.
- Great people & communication skills;
- Aged 18 or older;
- Ability to pass a background check;
- Enthusiasm for community service.
We invite you visit a weekly squadron meeting. You'll get a chance to meet some of our members who will discuss the organization, provide you with information and answer any questions you might have about the Civil Air Patrol.
