ORGANIZATION: Shepherd's Pantry Irwindale

Our main priority at the Food Pantry is food, but we also receive many items from WalMart and Target and local donors that need to be sorted and prepared to be given out to those in need.

If you like organizing this might be the area for you. We receive boxes of "things" from the big chain stores like soap, shampoo, air fresheners, note paper, pens and pencils and the list goes on. We have a non food storage area and need volunteers who would not mind giving a couple hours once a week to go through the boxes and get them into the right place to be distributed to our families in need.

We do receive some clothing donation from local donors too so we need help sorting clothes to be given out to our homeless neighbors in need or sent over to our clothing pantry in Glendora. If any of this sounds like an area you might like to help in we can always use the help
