About Food Finders, Inc

Location:

10539 Humbolt St, Los Alamitos, CA 90720, US

Mission Statement

To eliminate food waste while improving nutrition in food insecure communities.

Description

Food Finders is a food rescue organization serving Los Angeles, Orange county, Riverside and San Ber. We work with food donors big and small to rescue food and deliver it to over 300 non-profit partnering agencies. In 2019 we provide enough food for 9,469,728 meals! Not only are we providing meals and keeping good wholesome food out of landfills, we are reducing the production of harmful green house gases. Our Food 4 Kids program provides 285 bags of food to 15 schools in Long Beach weekly. These bags ensure that these needy children and families have food to eat over the weekend.
