CKAR seeks a receptionist who will embrace our mission to provide economic and environmental stewardship and sustainability to our residents.The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English, and can fluently write and speak in both languages. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in the day to day office manager with functions by providing clerical support to the whole organization, and providing information to our constituents, regarding community outreach activities, policies, processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for the organization must also be able to connect with clients in a friendly professional manner.

Duties include answering telephones, greeting clients and a variety of administrative and marketing responsibilities.
Composing email communications, appeals and research communications via Microsoft Access mail and calendar.
Assisting our clients with the latest and most up to date information on programs and community outreach events.
Must exercise judgment and discretion, and prioritize work and must present a professional in appearance
Local community affiliation to the town of Riverdale, Riverdale Park, Berwyn Heights and Greenbelt/ College Park area is a plus!
