Best Day events are all about having the BEST DAY!
Who we are:
We host safe and fun beach and ocean activities for children with unique needs. Our professional surfers and safety team make sure the children are having a safe and fun experience in the ocean. Our beach buddy volunteers make sure the children are having a safe and fun experience on the beach while waiting their turn to go into the water.
What we need from Sideshow Talent:
Our "main event" is the ocean experience. We need "sideshow" talent to entertain the kids while waiting. Some kids are great with hanging with their buddy on the beach. Some kids are so super excited about surfing that they can hardly contain it - your help is needed to entertain and distract :)
What we are hoping to find in Sideshow Talent:
- facepainters
- cosplay characters
- dancers
- jugglers
- magicians
- anything else that kids love to!

Best Day Foundation enables children and young adults with special needs to build confidence and self-esteem through adventure activities which stretch their limits, expand their true potential, reinforce their achievement, & connect them with diverse populations in their community.
Description
We achieve this by empowering communities across the country to offer special days at the beach and snow to children with special needs. Best Day provides back-end services, support, training, and business resources to ensure that safe, self-sufficient programs are created. The program is funded through donations, grants and sponsorships.
