This fun opportunity involves running various errands for clients under guardianship, under the supervision of a case manager. Examples of activities include purchasing clothes, shoes, snacks, household items, and regular bargain hunting. Items are delivered to clients in nursing homes, Assisted Living Facilities or other housing. Volunteer will begin by visiting office to pick up funds, complete the errands, and then return to office to submit receipts and report back to the case manger.
Schedule is flexible, and can be established at any regular intervals. This work would be easy to incorporate into anyone's busy schedule, but would mean the world to our clients.
