We have been blessed with a new home for hope and healing but, as a small nonprofit, we need someone to help us keep up with weeding, keeping the patio and entryway clean and update flower pots seasonally.

The Community Grief Center helps people of all ages grieving a death of a loved one find connection and healing; and educates the community on grief's impact on the individual and society.
Description
All of our grief support programs are free and open to all residents of Weld County, Colorado. We are a volunteer-driven organization based on a "Pay it forward" model.
