Join us for the 12th annual Run the Rocks! This is a truly unique race -- offering a 5K run/walk and 10K run at Red Rocks Amphitheatre! Run the Rocks will bring communities together for the fight for good lung health and air quality. Whether it be running to get a personal best time or walking to enjoy the view and live music, this is an event you don’t want to miss! Volunteer opportunities are available on Sunday, October 14th from 5 am - 1 pm. Volunteer duties will include setup and tear down, manning cheer/water stations, registration, gear-check, course marshals, and other important duties at Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre.

The American Lung Association in Colorado offers practical help to people living with asthma, emphysema and other lung diseases.
