One day volunteer opportunity for Engage Aging as our SoCal senior citizen residents take part in the annual Community Cup (formerly the Senior Olympics). Spend the day at Cerritos Park East helping with athletic events, entertainment coordination, art displays, sign-in tables, t-shirt distribution, parking coordination, beverage distribution, set-up and break down.
Morning or afternoon volunteer shifts needed: Between 7:30 am - 5 pm.
Volunteers from diverse backgrounds, church organizations, school groups/clubs, and families are encouraged! Please wear comfortable shoes and summer attire.
Breakfast, lunch and beverages will be provided.
