Professional Videographer Help Needed for Event!!

We need professional ( or close to it!) help live-streaming our Surf Dog Event!!
Requirements:
Able to use basic video camera functions, on/off, zoom, monitor battery. Camera WILL BE PROVIDED!
Able to stand in up to thigh deep water and point a live-streaming video camera at dogs surfing during each of the competitive surfing heats.
Follow TV hosts around and record their interviews as they speak to our surf dog owners on deck to compete.
Take direction via hand signals and walkie-talkie from the live stream operator.
Be on feet, walking in sand for up to 4 hours while holding camera on monopad, with breaks every hour ( AT LEAST!)
Understand that this is live web streaming with video and audio thus the importance of keeping what is said and videoed as a professional representation of the event and Helen Woodward Animal Center.
