Share your knowledge! Come to the library two to three hours a week and help K-12 students with their homework. Provide support and guidance--not the answers--and empower students to complete their assignments independently. Retired teachers, lifelong learners, current students in high school or college are all welcome. For those in high school or in clubs requiring community service hours, this is the ideal volunteer opportunity! Volunteers are needed in the Lilburn branch of the Gwinnett County Public Library Monday-Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Orientation and training are provided. Commitment to a schedule, once set, is required. Use what you know and make a positive difference in the life of a student!
