The Grounds Crew is responsible for maintaining the field and the grounds of the Park during and after Softball Sunday's.
Duties Include (But not limited to):
- Collecting Trash & debris, placing in the proper receptacle
- Recycling Bottles & Aluminum Cans (Placing in separate receptacles)
- Assist with distribution of meals to guests
- Assist with set up and take down of tents & tables
- Direct guests to parking lot and discouraging parking in the residential area
- Monitor parking lot for vehicle security
- other duties as directed by Event Coordinators
- Engage children in games and activities
- Serve at host information table distributing fliers and registering guests for programs and services.
- Promoting upcoming events and activities by partner organizations.

AWOFINC is a community initiative that is designed to meet the needs of families who do not have the resources that are to attain the supplemental educational services that are needed to enhance the possibility of success for their children. For over two decades AWOFINC has addressed the critical educational, financial, and social needs of the families in Illinois.
