Environmental Planning Associates Program (EPA)
The Sustainable Land Use Committee (SLU) is looking for volunteers who have recent
degrees in Urban Planning, Architecture, or Sustainability, and would like to get
advocacy experience.
In our EPA program, you would be exposed to projects throughout San Mateo and Santa
Clara Counties and would learn to review various planning documents. You will also
create guidelines, write papers, and deliver presentations.
We expect you to attend monthly SLU and semi-monthly EPA meetings. The rest of your
work would be done independently with guidance from a mentor.
For more information, contact Nancy Schneider at hnschneider@astound.net
