We've seen the looks on people faces when we talk about hospice volunteering. Yes, it may not be for everyone, but it's really one of the most rewarding things you'll ever do. It's not scary, and we'll make sure you know what to expect. Many times you'd be asked just to sit with a sleeping patient and squeeze their hand, read a book of poems or the Bible to them, or just watch their favorite game shows with them. We won't sugarcoat it either, it can be sad sometimes also. Just know that you're presence would bring joy to the patients and families in a trying time.
Let us help you make a difference in the community.
Disclaimer: We cannot accept court ordered community service.
