Join us on the farm for an open house on Sunday, August 26th from 10:00am - 11:00am to learn about volunteer opportunities at Pony Power. Drop by any time during this hour to meet our staff and ponies, tour our farm, learn about how you can be of service here throughout the year.
Pony Power Therapies is looking for volunteers to assist in therapeutic horse-back riding lessons as side walkers and lead walkers for our Fall Semester! Under the supervision of a certified riding instructor, the side walker walks next to the horse to provide support to the rider as needed. Lead walkers are responsible for handling the horse during lessons and only those with previous horse experience will be assigned as lead walkers.
