Mission Statement

Premier Hospice is committed to individualized quality care. Every individual deserves the quality of life that he or she wants near life's end. Premier believes in caring for clients and their families. Premier ensures that our clients are involved in their health care decisions. Premier does not discriminate against age, race, color, sex/gender, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, or mental or physical disability in the hiring of employees or the treatment of clients.

Description

Hospice is specialized care that addresses the unique needs of a patient and family coping with the many issues that arise during the final stages of life.

Our focus is on the comfort, care and compassion--not cure. This phase of the human journey is a time when complex physical, emotional, and spiritual issues come together at the same time. Patients and families experience a wide range of questions and emotions. Attention to their spiritual and emotional needs is as important as the attention to physical needs.

Premier Hospice has a depth of experience and specialized knowledge to help guide patients and their loved ones through this difficult time, offering support and care when needed most. We provide care in a patient's home, wherever that may be-in a residence, long term care facility, or local hospital. Premier Hospice offers services designed to respect and honor a person's wishes during the final stages of life. We strive to affirm life, preserve dignity, and care for individuals and the entire family.
