Did you know that over 14,000 calls were made to the Child Abuse Hot Line this year in El Paso County?
Did you know that CASA currently serves approximately 700 abused and neglected children in the El Paso and Teller County which is only about 70% of those kids that need help? Did you know CASAs vision 2020 is designed to provide a trusted, court empowered advocate for every child in need by the year 2020. We are asking the community to make a difference in the life of an abused or neglected child by becoming a CASA Advocate. Mission Statement

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) provide a voice in court for children who are victims of abuse, neglect or domestic conflict and promotes community awareness of these issues to ensure safe and permanant homes.

Description

Nobody longs for a safe and loving family more than a child in foster care. As a CASA volunteer, you are empowered by the courts to help make this dream a reality. You will not only bring positive change to the lives of these vulnerable children, but also their children and generations to come. And in doing so, you will enrich your life as well.
