Welcome to D&A!

We are a charity school based in China and we are looking for enthusiastic people to come and join us immediately as teachers. No experience as a teacher is required, just a positive attitude, a love for working with children and a desire to see more of the world!

Through local funding we are excited to be able to provide 4 people from the US or UK paid volunteer positions and the chance to come and work with us for 6-12 months and really make a difference, not just in our local community, but all over the world through the work we do.

We Provide:
- 4 day working week, with 3 days off each week to travel China (we offer a weekly itinerary of different places to visit)
- 4000rmb monthly allowance for travel and food
- Free return flight home (or to your next adventure) for those who are able to stay for 12 months
- Free Chinese lessons 4 times a week
- Free use of school bikes and scooters
- Accommodation with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, wifi, electricity and gas bills all included
- Provided meals on weekend days
- Full teacher training
- Invitations to random fun activities (BBQ's, Kayaking etc...) and visits to local towns and places of interest

In return you'll be helping both the local and international English teaching community through a variety of jobs, including (but not limited to) teaching English classes, the creation of fun English speaking games, field trips, cooking classes, elderly home visits, community inclusion activities (free pancake offering on the street, line dancing with local "aunties", movie nights, story telling and much more!) and a whole host of other things!
