Assist consumers with tasks and activities, which allow them to become more independent. May provide supports to those in their residential environment.

• This may include assistance with basic ADL and meal preparation
• Guides and assist consumers in learning to live and function as independently as possible in the community
• Provide direct care, interaction and supervision of the consumer(s) as determined in Person Centered Plan(s)
