We're seeking volunteers for our new STEM-centered Fall Tutoring program. Tutors will work with children from low-income families.
September 4th - December 13th
Our Program takes place:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 2pm-5pm
Wednesdays 12:15pm-5pm
Fridays 2pm-5pm
We ask that volunteers commit to at least one full day a week -- preferably twice a week. However, we are willing to work with your schedule in special cases.

Friendly Center is a non-profit family resource center serving low-income families in Orange County. At Friendly Center, we provide a free after school program entitled "The Power of Me" which helps students with their homework and offers fun, STEM-related activities that create a desire to learn. This opportunity will make a significant difference in the lives of less-fortunate students. Help make a difference in a child's life!

Description
WHO WE ARE:
Friendly Center has been helping less-fortunate children and their families move toward self-sufficiency for 95 years. This is done through over 20 programs and services. We provide life-changing assistance to more than 1,000 families each year.
WHAT WE DO:
We help the entire family with programs in education, food support, and mental health services. Our goal is to meet the needs a family may face, get them back on their feet, and prevent the cycle from continuing to the next generation.
