Volunteers of America runs a Caregiver Respite Program called Caring Companions. The program offers a time for volunteers to go to a care recipient's house to spend time with them while their caregiver (who is often a family member) can have some time to themselves. While a volunteer is visiting they may play games, read books, reminisce, etc. Opportunities to help are available in Loveland and Fort Collins. Please contact us with more questions and to get involved! (970) 472-9630
