Objective:

Perform duties assigned in accordance with the Education and Training procedures for an effective Career Closet process

Duties:

• Provide direct service and support to individuals or resident, such completing referral forms, schedule appointment with residents, refer residents to appropriate workshops and/or other services and programs that the resident may be eligible.
• Identify and build relationships with potential donors.
• Write and send letters of thanks to donors.
• Update donor databases.
• Oversee day-to-day Career Closet activities
• Assist residents select appropriate work attire
• Daily Interaction with our wonderful residents and assistant with solving any

Issues that arises.

• Offering personalized styling tips for work attire.
• Ability to implement and follow the agency’s procedures and guidelines of the agency.

Qualifications:

• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
• Ability to type on word processor and/or computer
• Have the ability to understand and work with venerable and diverse population
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardization exists.
