The National Multiple Sclerosis Society mobilizes people and resources to drive research for a cure and to address the challenges of everyone affected by MS. This Advocacy Internship position will focus on identifying and securing legislative champions and coalition partners to pursue Home Modification tax credits in Kentucky, North and South Carolina during the 2019 legislative sessions. Interns will also seek to recruit and engage MS Activists willing to testify on the importance of accessible housing. Interns will also help with organizing and attending Government Relations Advisory Committee meetings and key coalition meetings.
